Raw Acre Capital LLC buys real estate as a principal, for its own account. We are not real estate brokers or agents, we do not list or market property for owners, and we do not represent you in any transaction.

No offer until it’s in writing

Nothing on this website, and no text, email or conversation, is a binding offer or contract. An agreement to buy your property exists only when both of us have signed a written purchase agreement. You are free to decline any offer.

Assignment

We sometimes work with a partner buyer and may assign our purchase agreement before closing. If we do, your price and terms do not change.
