- To answer you and to prepare and send an offer for your property.
- To communicate with you about that property by text, email or phone.
- To complete a purchase, if you decide to sell.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to complete a transaction you agree to — for example with a title company, a closing attorney, or a partner buyer to whom we may assign our purchase agreement — and with service providers that help us run our website and email, who may use it only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
